i dont see any problem with you posting here at 14. then again, i think 14 is a bit young to be smoking, i would say 16 is good and fine. but i started when i was like 13, so what can i say. if you keep your grades up and school, handle your money responsibly, then its not an issue. its not age that should determine when you can smoke though, its maturity.
