I take 20mg a day sometimes 30-40 for back problems.
They will relax you and make you very mello.
I would not advise taking 40mg the first time.
10 mg will make you mello and relaxed.
20 mg might kick your ass the first time and you will just fall asleep.

Some days I take 40 mg and have a few beers.But like I said I have to take 20mg a day.And have been for over 5 years so 20mg don't do shit for me no more.

But then again I don't take them for the Hi.
I take them to relax my back and sleep.

Myself I am going to the club tonight to play Texas Hold Em Poker so I'll take 20-30 Mg and drink a few brew.

But again I have a high tolarance to them.
