That's right. But like Mand pointed out, you want to go for the smallest, youngest node in the center of that blue area. On each side of the chopped shoot, you'll see two more growths. If you're lucky and don't cut too far below that small growth, you might get a FIM (Fuck I Missed), which will actually only stunt that 'topped' shoot, allowing it to grow back later as the other two come in. You know what they say; 'Three heads are better than two.'
