No ,they practacly double the root size...they will fill all the space they can find!So I suggest transplanting before flower into double the size of that pot(10 gallons)...you do know that the plant grows double or more,hieght wise, in the firt two weeks of flower?Transplant and you'll end up with some huge plants and a fat yield...just hope the hieght isn't a problem.If it is may need to do alittle supercropping>If you leave it ,it will get root bound and die during flower!
Jdog7000 Reviewed by Jdog7000 on . how much do roots grow during flowering hi my plants are 23cm tall very very thick and bushy.i noticed a glimpse of root peeking throught a hole in the bottom of the container , im not in flowering yet. will i have to repot or if i change to12/12 now will they be all right till the finish. the pots are short and wide like a shrub tub about 4 gallons.so do roots slow down thier growing when flowering or what, thanks for the help Rating: 5
