first off it looks like ur growing in an area that isnt even closed off with halogen lights??? if ur using weak lights u need to put them in a very small area like a closet n cover the walls with tin foil. no matter wut they will only grow a certain height with halogens n flourescents. u cant flower with them, so if i wus u jus go to home depot n get a high pressure sodium lamp even if its for outdoors or sumthin it dusnt hafta b for growing all the plants need is high pressure sodium lamp atleast 70watt in a closet bcuz high pressure sodiums provite the yellow part of the light spectrum. this is ideal for maximum bud growth
