how is it legal to have a cannabis club in cali? do their laws permit it? sry if i sound dumb, but i dont have much of a plug in the legal world. plus i live in GA so u kno how it is...lol

We were chilling at Burger King and after we got up to leave my friend threw his food in the trash and looked at the ground next to the trash and sure enough a nice little baggie with some pretty decent weed.. he instantly started freaking out and like jumping around... o.. what a time Rating: 5
