what do i need to start growing indoor i have jars, newspaper, paper bags, and a halogen lamp i think im not set at all, i needs help!

im gonna grow at most four plants so what would i need for that

Nothing you have is of any use except maybe the jars if you ever get some buds.

For starters get rid of that halogen lamp cause it wont do shit for you. Also read more posts on here and read some books or websites, cause obviously you need some more info before you even think about growing.
