gee wonder if i can get money back from a fukn gas station that had water AND diesel mixed in the gas and my tank was empty by the way, and filled up the gas tank. next thing i know my car breaks down middle that day, week later finally get it towed to a mechanic and finds out my fuel tank is dead due to water/diesel in the gas. like WTF! $712.88 later and all i wanted was $26 in gas? what the fuk!!!???

That would be pretty hard to prove... I've gotten bad gas before,I did the repair myself though...

I would probably in my rebel way stand just before the gas station and tell people what happen,either the cops will move me or I get the owner to pay me to stop harassing them... The ladder would be a long shot...

Is EVIL Okay on January 26th me and my wife bought 2 white choclate and almound hershey Choclate bars! after coming home from shopping and then getting high outside, we came inside to sit down, and watch a movie and eat our chocolate bars for a munchy snack, first my wife opens hers and starts eating it, enjoying every bite, then I start to eagerly open my candy bar wraper, when i do I first notice its broken in many places and some powder spills out, then my wife starts spitting out whats chocolate Rating: 5

i gots sample of the gas that was in my tank, looks like oil in water at the very bottom.....its gonna b an interesting battle.

Best of luck to you... Might not be a bad idea to hang around the gas station and see if any Irate people come in... You can talk to them and just maybe...

Usually The bad gas thing happens when the their tanks are being fill at the same time they are pumping or they were pumping at the bottom their tanks... water is heavier then oil so it stays at the bottom of their tank,when their tank gets filled it bring the water into the mix and gets pumped into your car...

If you got bad gas it is highly likely someone else did and two against one in a law suit is a home run...

yea so far nobody else has come forward so i may have to put an ad in the paper cause damn $25 in gas cost me $712.88 and that sux!

Dude, I'm a mechanic, and whoever charged you 712.88 ripped you off. The worst it couldve been would have been a fuel pump or fuel filter, and either of those would've been 2-250 a peice. shoot, even if you have to get your whole gas tank replaced, which shouldn't happen from bad gas, it wouldn't have been more than 300. May I ask if you are male or female? Females tend to get ripped off alot at garages. I would say they probably overcharged you a shit ton on labor.

well my husband took it into a chevy place that is huge and well known. and it was the fuel pump and they had to replace the whole gas tank due to diesel being mixed with water and gas. and i know i wont get reimbursed which is all i want cause the corporate place of the gas station is saying the car is too old which its 2003 with 63000 miles on it fuel tanks dont last forever due to the hot and cold weather blah blah blah but it did snow hella that weekend so i dunno. i jus know i got fuked and i had the vaseline and everything brotha. sux sux sux!
