that thinks it would be a whole lot better if the govt. just let kids buy pipes, i mean obviously they're going to smoke the weed if they want to, so why not let the kids buy the pipes, atleast then they're smoking out of something safer, i know this would probably lead to more, and more severe teenage pot heads... but the way i see it:
more smokers/safer smoking > less smokers/more harmful smoking.

hey, i got a good idea, how about we just legalize the fucking crop and soon it wont be that big of a deal and teen pot use will dramatically decrease like the netherlands. same concept as alcohol prohibition every1 is just too fucking stupid to realize it.

I heard legalization didn't lower the amount of marijuana use in the Holland, but it didn't increase it either. People that want to smoke pot will do it whether it is legal or not, making it legal will just lower the tension around it.
