that thinks it would be a whole lot better if the govt. just let kids buy pipes, i mean obviously they're going to smoke the weed if they want to, so why not let the kids buy the pipes, atleast then they're smoking out of something safer, i know this would probably lead to more, and more severe teenage pot heads... but the way i see it:
more smokers/safer smoking > less smokers/more harmful smoking.

well, aside from being stupid for expecting the govt. to be logical.. i do have a good point.. atleast it would increase healthy smoking.. hell maybe even start a non-profit organization that mass-produces vaporizers that sells them for just enough to keep the company up, to encourage more jpeople to use vaporizers instead of smoking.. i'm not for trying to convince kids to start smoking, or encourage it.. i'm more for atleast providing safe smoking methods, a pick up in underage smoking would just be a 'negative side effect' of my plan..

Buying a Pipe :

First, You go to a store thats owned and operated by an arabic person.
Second, Walk into the store, look for the pipe you want.
Third, Purchase that pipe.
Fourth, Leave.

can't do that around here.. corner stores around here dont' sell pipes.. hell other than a head shop only store you can get a pipe from is like walgreens or another drug store that sells those old-fashioned tobacco pipes.

i just posted on a thread to a kid who was smoking out of a pvc steamroller and he was writting because it was melting and he wanted advise to fix it! i don't have any opinion about age of pipe buyers, but somebody should teach kids what not to smoke out of, make it part of dare or something:thumbsup:

i think you are 100% right slip, there have actually been deaths because of ignorance to smoking materials, and as we know there hasnt been any known deaths caused by smoking weed.

making it so theres no age restrictions for buying a pipe, now y the hell would that promote smoking weed? these are tobacco pipes remember??? and kids are going to smoke anyways so why not have them doing it in the most healthy and correct way?
