2. Dunno. I ring my dealer, say how many apples I want then he says 'Im picking up in 30, ring you back then'. Two hours later, he rings back saying that hes gonna be another 30 mins... now, I just grow my own. Cheaper, easier, safer.
As a general rule, if my dealer doesn't turn up within 20 minutes of placing the first call, he'll never turn up! It is as if he doesn't want to deal. 30 minutes quickly becomes another 30 minutes, until he stops answering his phone completely!

Interesting, but since I don't drink any more it doesn't really apply to me. In my own experiments I found the high hit me quicker, but I hadn't really drank more than a can of lager or a glass of wine.
