Simmering some ganj

hi everyone i was wondering if i simmer about a gram of some good ganja in about a cup of water with a little butter and milk added for 20 minutes if that would be effective enough for me to make a cup of tea or two with, and is 20 minutes long enough to get most of the THC out. also after i strain it out can i just pour that into a cup with a tea bag to make the tea or should i refrigerate it or what... Any input would be much appreciated
