Nostradamus and Mabus (Bush)???

Hello people. I was doing some surfing and I came across something that is disturbing...but definately not surprising. It is a prophecy by Nostradamus on Mabus..the third antichrist and my interpretation of it.....

Century 1, Quatrain 50
"From the three water signs will be born a man
who will celebrate Thursday as his feast day.
His renown, praise, rule and power will grow
on land and sea, bringing trouble to the East."

The 3 water signs are the 3 water signs of the Zodiac...Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. George W. Bush is a Cancer!

Thursday as his feast day could mean that on Jan. 20th, 2005 fell on a Thursday and was also the date for his second inaguration.

Since and before his election, he was already powerful as he came from a powerful political family. And since 911 (America's Reichstag Fire) which was a staged event by the Elite, the implementation of the Patriot Act (Americas Enabling act) Bush's power is ever growing. He is practically a dictator.

Bringing trouble to the East I think is him bringing his bullshit to China and America's policy on Taiwan. China will not risk Taiwan independance because they fear other provinces will want independance as well. China will not let that happen ever as they want to remain united. War may be a result.

Century 2, Quatrain 30

"One who the infernal gods of Hannibal
Will cause to be reborn, terror of all mankind
Never more horror nor the newspapers tell of worse in the past,
Than will come to the Romans through Babel (Iraq)."

Bush thought he was a baddass going to war with Iraq for the oil and money. We hear all this shit on the news about deaths coming to the Romans....which are the Westerners. He indeed brought death and terror.

Do NOT read Nostradamus quatrains as are.They are a mixture of three different languages.
Mabus in an anagram of Sadam.!
It is a very complex set of writing it takes years of studying.
I have been reading it for ten years and I am still only just touching the surface new things spring up daily.

Haha, I saw this on Penn and Teller's Bullshit! Some guy was trying to make the argument that Bush was this "Mabus" fellow, and said something like: Well, if you turn the M upside-down into a W and then you've got BUS with the silent Latin H (by the way, Latin has no silent H). It was pretty funny. The point is, you can twist cryptic language into whatever interpretation your imagination wants to give it.

Funny...he predicted Hitler as Hister. 2 letter differance. How come Mabus cant be Bush? AM backwards for America...than BUS for Bush. Bush also certainly meets the criteria for being an anti-christ as he wages war on innocents for oil profits and power. Very Hitler like.

Remember this is just a theory and I have no idea if Bush is in fact Mabus. Only time can tell that. But as Jesus said "you will know them by their fruits".

If he was really predicting the future, and you're not really just cramming history into an interpretation of his predictions, how come he didn't get the details exactly right? Why couldn't he come out and say "Germany is going to have a dictator named Adolf Hitler whose birthday is April 20 who will murder 6 million Jews under a totalitarian anti-Semitic regime"? I have a hard time believing someone with reliable predictive powers would use such cryptic metaphorical language and bad French poetry (come on admit it, the guy's no Baudelaire).

It's as ridiculous as when John Edwards comes out and says he's getting a name from the dead that starts with the letter J. If the dead were really talking to him, they'd say "My name is James Smith and I'm Paul's dead father!", not "My name is J-- oh shit, I forgot".

Remember to, that the point of prophecy is to prevent it from happening. Why else do you think we would be warned?

I don't think we're being warned. I think people are letting their imaginations get the best of them. If the point of prophecy is to prevent it from happening, then a successful prediction is a false one, and I think you and I can both see the logical fallacies you run into once you accept that.

If Nostradamus is the real deal, by what mechanism does this prophecy work? Can he actually see the events of the future? How? By what channel is information breaking all known laws of physics and actually traveling back in time to the brain of a bad French poet? And why is the channel so bad at getting the details through?

Remember that he also predicted the apocalypse would occur at the end of the last millennium, but it didn't happen. If I recall correctly he even named a specific month that all sorts of world-ending shit would happen. However, I'm sure all the Nostradamus gurus have imagined some new interpretation of that verse that explains away the problem. They always do when their predictions don't happen.
