It's just panic attacks, and it's not the weed, it's the video games and everyday stress, no joke. I experienced the same thing several months ago, and found out that I was playing way too many videogames and worrying about stupid crap too much, and so I stopped playing and made myself stop worrying about stupid stuff. So you need to stop playing the video games, and chill out. And it's very important to get regular exercise, that'll help more than anything else. Just get out of the house more often, take walks, etc. And another thing that has helped me a lot is growing weed, that really helps to relax you.
