Alright, I found out I had a piss test for a job in 30 hours.

I am 5'9, 145 pounds, constant smoker (4 grams a day)

Anyways I proceeded to drink water for the next 24 hours, I mean alot of water. Not so much that your stomach hurts or you vomit, but enough that you continue to pee every 15-30 minutes. 4 hours before the test I dont eat anything and drink very little. 2 hours before the test I drank a bottle of Q Carbo.

I should get the results for the test in a few days BUT I used a at home marijuana tester (15 bucks at wal-mart) and passed it.
