Also, I have meditated in a dark room stoned off my ass sitting still with my eyes closed, and it's fucking great. But I think alot of people say blazing before you meditate is sort of cheating, considering that the whole concept behind it is concentration and focus on one aspect. I hope some of that makes sense, I just may be too high...
