Tell her how you feel man while you've got the chance. You could just say the truth that you gotta let her know cus you're spending so much time together you can't hide your true feelings from her anymore but don't let her go without doing anything or you'll lose her anyway and she'll grow cold towards you instead. :sadcrying That'll break your heart bigtime if you sit around doing nothing and let that happen.
