Wal-Mart [ and probably Home Depot, too ] has a HEPA carbon air filter system that works pretty good --- the Holmes Odor Grabber. It's like thirty bucks and has four ionizer pins built right into the exhaust fan, and the filters only cost around eight dollars a piece. It's designed to run 24/7 and one unit cleans up a 7 x 10 room.
