    Help the noobie

Hi planted 2 nothern lights the other day ... they started growing fine then i managed to kill one by my light falling on it.. so i bined that one ..my concern is the other plant... i went out the other day and didnt return for a further 3 days, i return to find my lights off and the grow cupboard door open a lil bit... i view the one plant remaining and its decided to grow towards the light gap in the door ...Now i am left with a 4 and a half inch plant that needs to be supported ..

My question should i just bin this plant ?

Sorry i have no pic my camera battery is dead and i dont wanna go to the car to get the charger

i would get rid of the whole grow until you find out who was messing around with it while you were away. i would consiider the security of your grow location to be compromised so the stretched stem could be the least of your worries. your 1st concern should be about who found the grow!!!!!!

You should be able to get it back on track, but may slow it down some. A little TLC will do the trick.

PS. If dad is cool with it, He should take care of it will you are away.

i'm glad you know it was only your dad! it sounded to me like you didn't know how it happened when i read the post. i got arrested with a 1/2 gram last week and i'm a little paranoid now i guess!

you can bury the stem almost all the way to the 1st node to shorten the plant.
