    New to hydro here it is

    This is my set up im using a flood system and it floods 3 times a day the nutes in the water are a 10-15-10 hydro ponic nute about 1/4 dose with a cfl light on them now take a look at the setup and tell me if it will work.

    Looks like a home made job..nice idea ..two buckets [res' and tray]......you could fill the top tray bucket with medium [gravel or clay balls]...

    I see you've used a smaller removable pot to house the plant...nice idea..coz you can remove the plant but maybe the plant would benefit more from the maximum space the bucket itself has to offer.

    I was thinking the same thing, it looks as though the roots will become all tangled and bunched...something you might want to avoid. In addition to a few of the questions asked, what kind of strain is it?

    Well its 2 buckets and i have added 2 air stones in the bottom im using super thrive a shot of shults hydroponics and some foxfarm and boy let me lett you THERE GOING TO TOWN just added 2 new lights so i got about 325w CFL total on them right now. and these here are some pics of them as they are now wanna know any more about the setup just shoot me a line I use PERLITE

    What do you mean about you use perlite. Around the tops are stones. Or am I seeing something wrong? Doesn't your perlite float with ebb and flow?
