I Like HPS myself, 400 watts will do 2 huge plants nicely.

You can screw in compact floros into regular fixtures and that will work, but you would need around 2 100 watt floros per plant. So if you have 100 and up watt fixures you could for 20 bucks, and CFs are cheaper to run than a regular light bulb!
