My mum got a parking ticket today for parking in a disabled space at Uni (well, all the other spaces were taken and the closest place to park was like a mile away... and the disabled spaces are never full, so fuck it). Anyway, she kept the little sticky packet that the ticket came in... so I filled it with some tissue (CLEAN!) and stuck it on someones windscreen. Lol, when me and my dad got back to the car about an hour later, the peeps that owned the other car came back aswell... the womans face had to be seen to be believed!
Best prank Ive ever done. Next time, Ill put it on someones car I dont like and shit in the little packet.

I'm not from NY, so my plates are out of state and where I'm from, you're allowed to do about 5-10 mph more than the limit, and thats probably where I was. I don't really get their ticket system, but I have to plead guilty because I can't drive out there for a trial.
