    a quick question from a 1st timer

the girls have been flowering for about a month 3 plants in a 4'-3'-1' box. im using soil, and 6 150 w cfls. they look good but some bottom leaves are yellowing. were givin them tiger bloom at 1 tsp per gallon every watering. should we trim sum of the dead bottom leaves off? or how do we go about manicuring these babies. help is appreciated.

    a quick question from a 1st timer

it is totally normal in late flowering for the older fan leaves to die off. i just let them die and fall, then just keep the floor clean. dead leaves are a perfect site for mold to grow so don't let them stay on the floor.

btw when you say 150watt cfls do you mean the big horticultural bulbs or the 42watters that say "same as a 150" on the box. if they are the 42's use that number when describing your grow so others won't be confused an can help you better. i'm asking because there seems to be alot of confusion about the 42's lately, there have been a few threads dedicated to the subject recently.

    a quick question from a 1st timer

Yellowing is totally normal. The plant will also shed leaves too. Alot of it is strain dependant too. Northern lights is notorious for yellowing fans later in flower. My cali-o shed leaves till only buds remained which made manicuring simple. Heres an older NL pic of yellowing in lower fans.
