I did 20 C's my first time (I was misinformed on dosage, I didn't know that was way too high ), and have done it a lot since...I don't know why it got such a bad name, I never had any negative side effects.

I'm sure Robo Gel's are better for you, but if you have the Corr I say go for it. 12 sounds like a good dose.
