Scientific American compares US and UK cannabis policies
If you go to the website of the Scientific American podcast and download the February 15 version of the show, you can hear their discussion of American and British policies on cannabis. Basically they conclude that the British decision to decriminalize cannabis was based on actual scientific findings while the American government continues to ignore any evidence that contradicts its current policy.
