complaint to asda's /aka ode to asda

so here a letter i sent to asda its pretty self explanatory dont u hate it like when u go into like a food place and in the advert the food looks full and flavoured and when u buy it u get a soggy roll with some egg stuffed to one side.......manufactured food it sucks get ride of it.

i know most people r gonna say jsut dont buy that shit then well look

the reason i get pissed over this is cos my mum onknowingly in good intentions buys me a nice looking meal and when i take it outta the PACKAGE IT LOOKS LIKE A FUCKING SIMPSONS TV DINNER.the thing is i say to my mum about it and she looks at me guiltyembarrassed look like ''i havent provided good for my son'' and it melts my soul and i just wanna grab the maker of these so called meals and stsngle them for conning my mother

this evening my mother provived me with a microwave meal of asda's own brand of the mini classic line the food product was called ''beef chilli filled jacket potato''

after heating the container to instructions i proceded to ''TRY'' to eat this so claimed meal. i have the following complaint

basically what my good willing mother had bought for me was a raw potato shoved into a plaic container and about (not embelished) 3 kidney beans and about a milk bottle top's worth of salsa. i am disgusted with asda as my mother has shopped at our local branch for about 7 years and we have never been let down and know you try to take the piss like this? he overall quality was complete shite i felt like a was eating a soggy warm potato witha little cup of dip ..not exactly a meal....well it mihgt have been a good meal for a goat. ive thrown it in the bin now after a mouthfull that nearly made me sick.

i do not beleive in nit-picking but it has caused me to feel guilty as my mother now feels very badly because she thought she was getting a good deal for me so she bought about 4-5 products from the miniclassic line and i wont bother opening the packet as for quality so far shown i will only be disapointing. youve outdone yourselves by any standard .

as far as the product cover was concerned that was what amazed me the most on the cover u have a jacket potato stuffed full with sauce and cheese and when i opened the package i was faced with a potato cut in half and a splodge of watery tomato juice.

does false advertising ring a bell.

You should have waited till you calmed down then wrote it - it comes across angry and nasty and all over a potato lol. I work in a customer service/complaints job and the minute someone swears at me/gets cheeky or sends me nasty emails/letters - their complaint goes to the bottom of the pile and all the polite people who are a little more patient and understanding, get dealt with first.

Anyway, you'll probably your money back and another free potatoe

lol i was in burger king once and i ordered a rodeo triple.

the guy gave me a cheese burger (less price)

when i got over the road in the car i noticed...pissed

i when back and said i didnt want this i wanted and paid for a rodeo triple.
he gave me another burger...got back to car.....its a cheese burger again.

whent back opened burger infront of him and asked 'what the fuck is this?''

''cheese burger sir''......i say ''didnt i just bring back a cheese burger cos u gave me one istead of a rodeo triple?!!''

i go back....woman says ''can i help u sir''.....ipoint at guy ''i want that

i throw burger at his supervisor tag ...leave no mark dam..he looks angry.

i say ''well cmon then u fucking dickhead!!'' .....he breathes says ...sorry sir im very sorry i get you another burger''...give me burger.

i walk to table 2 steps away open bag......................fillet-o-fish!!!!!

i go back..throw second burger at him...hits back of his head. ''what do you want sir!!'' he says

Okay, I have a question. How much was this TV dinner? If it's inexpensive, pre-packaged food, you should know there is a good chance it will be shitty. Most pre-packaged food these days are shit. They're loaded with MSG's and salt, and when heated, especially in a microwave oven, it turns out soggy and unpleasant to eat. You get what you pay for, you know.

I myself don't eat too many pre-packaged food, but when I do, I find using the conventional oven works best. Microwaves are shit. They super heat your food sucking the moisture right out of it.

sensi yeah feel abit guilty about sending letter now......erm i feel a bit stupid too but it just.....really dug me cos it was like they conned my mother...u know that sensative nerve....but yeah maybee i flew off the mark a little.

nochowder the thing is back in the day for my mother good food cost the same and would be good quality i know times r changing but that was just cheap and annoying and a con.... i couldnt care how muhc it cost me it was they fact they sold it as sum kinda filling meal..i got a dry hard potato i just feel ripped off man....plus i didnt buy my mother did she was dupped and i wanan kill the people who dupped her and ruined my meal.

the thing is i find it difficult to eat...i dotn know why but after 2 mouthfulls i feel sick...doesnt matetr what it is could be sumthing i really like but after about 2-5max mouthfulls i just cant take it.basicly i have to switch foods every 2 mouthfulls.i dotn knwo why this is i geuss i have really really sesative taste buds ..im not anorexic because i wouldnt be able to eat anything then and im not that skinny so when i do feel i could go for a one on one with a jacket potato i just got pissed off turned out to be a shitty skin with ketchup....
