i do vicos all the time. if there only 500mgs i wud recomend takin at least 5 if u plan on feelin anything prob 7 or 8 for a decent body high. peace

that is way too much acetaminophen take like 4 or 5 at most

i cut my hand really bad and I just took 9.... In 500mg pill there is only like 7.5 of hydrocodone and the rest is tylenol. Don't really expect to get messed up. It does mix well with MaryJane though (interesting high)
