just go to the sink, put on hot water, fill the bowl with salt, and scrub with warm water and rubbing alchoal.

buy some 99% rubbing alcohol.. 70% works to.. but it's got some other nasties in it you don't really want to be ingesting by accident.

Soak it.. fill a glass you don't really use anymore and soak it for like an hour.. that'll break up any if not all resin on the inside.. and out. you can either get the chunks out with a pipe cleaner.. or just wash it out.

The resin is reeeally gooey... it won't come off with just water. you need alcohol.

you'll also need alcohol for cleaning your sink up afterwards.. it's gonna make a mess

yea the inside gets cleaned. you need to pour the salt in through the bowl so it goes into the chamber. and then fill with rubbing alchoal and shake and swish around.

Get some Isopropanol Alcohol, 99% is the best way, but 70% will do an okay job too. Soak your pipe or smoking piece in it, Swoosh it around a bit, then put it in some near boiling water. Not boiling as that may crack the glass, but just under a boil. Mix in some salt with it, let it soak for about 5min or so. Then take it under the tap and get all the salt, and Iso taste out of there.

It should only take about 10-15min to do this, and your piece will comes out like brand new. Good luck.

    Peace.

The "stem" I guess you'd call it on my pipe has so much resin in it that it's half the size it once was. Also every so often my pipe just gets too resinated and blocks up completely lol, so I need to clean it sometime!

just put rubbing alcohol in and shake i use a que-tip dipped in alcohol to clean inside. I wouldnt recomend boiling becasue it makes the pipe shake on the bottom of the pot when the water boiles and can make small cracks
