Hello everyone, Iam new to this community and want to better my knowledge every day. Iam open to any suggestions or random shiet .. With that said, ive been growing my first plant for a month now. :dance:

I'm using:

5qt pot
miracle.g soil mixed with some perlite
2 cfl 30w/120w 2800 lumens each
peters fertz 20-20-20
watering every 4/5 days or when the soil is almost completely dry

I know some of the stuff isnt that great but once again, this is my first grow so iam getting the facts right and trying to learn from my mistakes.

My plant was water about 3 days ago and it looks like i overwater it but i havent had a problem with that so far but someone correct if iam wrong.

Some of the leaves at the bottom are turning completely yellow and i know i should have transplanted into a 3gal atleast but my cabinet isnt big enough being 2x1x5 so iam just using what i have. =x tnx for anyones advise

hey man, congrats on your first plant. I wouldn't fert, or at least dilute it alot. M.G. soil has ferts in it already. I would just wait until flowering then use some diluted bloom ferts.

dont water that plant till the leaves pick up.
by the looks of your pics you need more perlite.
put a fan on em

Whats up Herbie, Ok definately do NOT give those plants any nutes or ferts AT ALL right now... they are fragile in this stage and like it was said before me the soil already has the basics a plant needs. Make sure your lights are within 2-3" of the plants and get a fan on them, hopefully this will strengthen them up a little for ya... hope i could help...

i personally do not like the soil you are using. i would find a good pro mix. visit a nursery , you will be glad you did. i always ran into ph problems with the mg soil.

Drop them down to a 6-3-3 say FOX FARMS good shit my plants looked like hell so i tranplanted them then used the new nutes fox farms grow big and got some beautiful plants now all 10 of em

I was trying to get some fox farm before i even started anything but i had no luck around here. I'll see if i can somehow bust a mission and get a hold of those bad boys.. tnx , late

I wont use anymore nutes until i transplant again. I do have a fan running until i have the intake and exhaust done. My lights are about 3 inches away from the top of the plant and around 80/85 degrees.

I picked up this flower stuff thats 15-30-15 and planning on applying that once i repot again. I know we want the N to be high during veg and low during flowering time with greater in p . take it E Z late
