I find it does affect my ST memory not only while smoking but also to some extent for a day or so after. Since I smoke every day now, (when I have stash ) my ST memory is somewhat impaired on a permanent basis. But there are other compensations such as extreme focus, enhanced visual and spatial reasoning and ... 'sfun Whenever I stop smoking (rarely now) my memory bounces right back!
