That's pretty damn extreme, but then conservatives in American have been pushing pretty hard since Bush got into power. I know in Iowa (I think it was Iowa) they just made a law so if any woman wants an abortion they have to sign a form agreeing and acknowledging that life begins at conception. While they're at it, why not a form confirming jesus christ as the unquestioned lord and savior of all men?
