Hell yes I just through them on the ground just befor a rain with a little dirt to just cover them,Three days later pop little seedlings.They are on a fence line out in the country on a side road. This is how I plant most of them, some times I take out month old plants. This year I even planted some clones from last years inside grow. You must plant a lot to get just a few at harvest and some times none at all,but most of the time you get at least 3.
