He's trying to lose fat so you're suggesting he smokes cigarettes? Hell, why not go on the cocaine diet?

Man, READ THIS!

1. Eat 6 meals a day, each with around 370 calories each in them, mostly proteins. This is a metabolism speed thing.

2. Schedule your smoking for just before one of these meals, there is 6 of them, it's not hard!

3. Stick to very low carbs, only low GI carbs in the morning. No white bread, sugars, etc.

4. Look around www.bodybuilding.com, there's a few smokers on the forum and the site is full of good info. Make sure you exercise! 3 days of weights, 3 days of cardio. You dont get anything unless you work for it!
