You had a beer gut when you were 10? You started early huh?

Just occupy yourself with something. When you get high, don't sit in front of the TV where you'll see tons of yummy TV commercials. Go outside and explore shit, or hang with friends. Just do something to keep your mind off the food.

Alright heres the deal im 17 and ive had a beer gut since i was about age 10 or so i think and the past 4 or 5 months id say ive been running and working out several times a week and trying to eat better in order to lose this weight and get rock solid abs. Nowadays i workout twice everyday (gym and gymnastics) and usually run 2 miles or more everynight(weeknight)(sunday nights). in gym class sometimes we run as well and its usually no less than 4 miles. Im going for 5 Rating: 5
