Nowadays i workout twice everyday (gym and gymnastics) and usually run 2 miles or more everynight(weeknight)(sunday nights). in gym class sometimes we run as well and its usually no less than 4 miles. Im going for 5 tomorrow.

I usually eat well during the week cuz i dont smoke and it works but on the weekends i always get the munchies cuz the weekend is for smoking.

But anyway heres my question; does anybody have a way that they defeat the munchies and not eat? at least not alot? They have been killing my hard work during the week and i just cant find a way to beat em and its getting discouraging. Hard candy i thought was good but its not that good.

Any help would be appreciated
peace
Popcorn is a good munchie food because it has a very low calorie density so long as you use very little butter. Also, fibrous vegetables and low calorie dip is good too. It just takes some foreward thinking, which isn't always an option haha.
