I'm in the same boat - I'm not trying to lose weight so much as tone up but the munchies keep fucking everything up. Honestly, the amount I can eat it ridiculous for a girl and when I'm high healthy food just doesnt appeal, I want sweet stuff!
The thing is I eat really good any other time, lots of fresh fruit, veg, white meat, wholemeal rice and stuff but the minute I've smoked a joint - thats it. I'm not happy till I've made myself feel sick, its frustrating....but I just love eating when I'm high.
I'm just going to take up jogging again from next week, hopefully that will make a difference
