 Munchies...Killing my diet effortsHey everybody. Alright heres the deal im 17 and ive had a beer gut since i was about age 10 or so i think and the past 4 or 5 months id say ive been running and working out several times a week and trying to eat better in order to lose this weight and get rock solid abs. Nowadays i workout twice everyday (gym and gymnastics) and usually run 2 miles or more everynight(weeknight)(sunday nights). in gym class sometimes we run as well and its usually no less than 4 miles. Im going for 5 tomorrow. 
 
 I usually eat well during the week cuz i dont smoke and it works but on the weekends i always get the munchies cuz the weekend is for smoking.
 
 But anyway heres my question; does anybody have a way that they defeat the munchies and not eat? at least not alot? They have been killing my hard work during the week and i just cant find a way to beat em and its getting discouraging. Hard candy i thought was good but its not that good.
 
 Any help would be appreciated
