i want to grow but my problem is this.im having a hard time getting the seeds to sprout.i pick out the big striped seeds but its so hard to get a sprout.last year i did it way to late and ended up with about 8 inches of plant.any advice?

But I want to do this as a soil grow, since I've recently acquired a fresh bag of Foxfarm ocean forest. Its been 20 years since I've done soil growing- well before the internet was popular, and readily accessible info on growing. So I never truely became an expert.
