Yeah... lol, it's amazing how many people don't seek attorney's the minute they get out of jail. Even if there's a clear technicality or something to get you off the charges will stand unless you have an attorney to point it out. But from what I've heard I don't think they can charge you if you didn't have any on you and it was someone else's car.
