Other highs?

Ive used a 20X extract of salvia and got a insane trip for about a half hour (only smoked a bowl)...

Allmost identicle trip to shrooms...

VERY unusual for the trip to be anything like shrooms.

I am particularly interested in the various cacti. Also, is poppy extract anything close to opium? What the heck do you do with it if it's not?
