Starting in May?
Well it isnt "safe" to start your seeds in the ground but you could do it. You have to worry about a lot of things going wrong but if your lucky you'll be able to do it without problems. You can plant in may. You dont need nutes but they help... a lot. You should be able to set the seed right side up, if not just play with it a little until it is right side up. If you can't drop them in that way then dont, plants grow toward the sun so it will find its way out of the ground. Just kill the males... your growspace isnt that big, pollen can travel far, very very far. These answers arent specific at all so if you need me to further explain anything than ask. If you want to start earlier but you need seeds let me know. Goodluck
