In case you didn't know pot is illegal. We all know the risks involved so don't call a cop an asshole if you get busted, that's their job. It's your fault, not theirs.

So I was watching an episode of Cops today, and they have a guy on there that gets pulled over and has a bag on him (it looked like about 1.5 grams). He doesn't hide the bag, he gives it to the officer and tells the truth, that it was his.... Didn't try to hide it, didn't lie, and had never been in trouble with the law before. Even though he was completely truthful they still arrest him and throw him in jail overnight, and then they have the nerve to ask why he didn't try to hide it, and Rating: 5

I didn't say anything about the cops making laws. Those cops were pricks. He only had 1.5g and he handed it to them. He shouldn't have had to spend a night in jail over 1.5 g whether he gave it to them or not. I've had friends get a slap on the wrist with a half Oz. Even though each states laws are different 1.5 is a ridiculous amount to spend the night in jail for. I don't know what my school record has to do with anything though.

I didn't say that dude I just said the dude only had 1.5g. Those cops were pricks . There is no arguing that unless they are in a state that makes the sentence for possesion of any amount mandatory minimum sentence of 1 night in jail, and as far as know that is no state. Then I see no reason why someone should be sent ot jail for a night for that minute amout of weed. Those cops were going overboard trying to make an example out of him

I was watching an old episode of cops the other day, and they pulled over some college girl who had like half an oz on her. The dumb fucks were going on and on about how bad it is, obviously making things up and completely oblivious to the facts. One of them very rudely asked her "DO YOU KNOW WHAT TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL IS?" trying to sound smart and imply that it was some sort of horrible chemical. The girl, finally fed up with the stupidity said "yes, it's the active ingredient in marijuana, and it's not harmfull at all", and then went on to make a VERY good speach about the harmlessness of weed. The cops just stood their speachless unable to come up with any sort of come back, looking like huge douchebags. It was hilarious...

On that same note, a few weeks ago I saw somebody I went to high school with getting arrested on cops for weed and some other shit. That was hilarious too...
