The lower brackets don't need tax cuts because they get their money back anyways.

If we were all smart, we'd watch for a few years and see what we actually pay in taxes. Then, change our paperwork so we don't get the taxes taken out on payday. However, instead of spending that money put it into savings and let it collect interest. Then when you file, use the savings to pay your taxes. You get the interest as opposed to you giving the government an interest free loan.


BTW...government is the problem not the solution.
