Sounds like you need an outlet for anger. When someone makes you mad, tell them it makes you mad. Don't resort to fighting, but let them know the real deal. Or take up some boxing lessons or fighting lessons. I kickbox every Thurs. night and I can't tell you how good it feels to get my ass kicked, and to kick some ass.

You need to find a creative way for your anger though because those thoughts aren't normal.
