I work out 5 days a week for about 30 mins a day. I just do arm, leg, back and chest excersizes. I eat pretty healthy too. The only unhealthy part of my life is those damn cancer sticks. I would go running but its cold out now and i hate running on my tredmill, its to boring.
As a matter of fact im drinking my protein shake now. I drink one after every work out.
