Can you remember how good exercise used to make you feel?
Like when i get in from a 5 mile run i can relax like never before, if I have a bong then I can just sit anywhere and sink into a totally relaxed state.
I used to weigh about 250 pounds now i weigh about 200. I went through a pretty heavy stage of excess with all kinds of shitty nasty drugs and got completely out of shape physically and mentaly. Now i just enjoy to smoke. Although I smoke too much. I worry about fucking my lungs up a bit. But i reckon exercise helps get rid of most of the toxins from the weed.
