It's an impure hash, that is unfortunately readily available, it's mixed wiv things like plastic, coffee, henna, beeswax, it's cheap and readily availible (mostly smoked by kids that can't find any weed,) for an Ounce it's £40, which says alot. If offered I never smoke it anymore, ask any of the other people here from britain about soap bar, I'll bet you not one of them will have one positive thing to say about it, it could be compared to as what you Americans refer to as "schwag" only it's hash.
