Do you even know what hearsay is???? It's an out of court statement being offered for the truth. Is admissible non-hearsay evidence even possible online? No. Everything written is a statement. Actually a statement without and assertion isnt hearsay. So here's your evidence "The Holocaust happened."

Do you believe it didn't happen? I know people thats survived it, and many people whose families were killed. If you're looking for evidence, check out a local library or I'm sure there are organizations that can set you up with survivors in your area. Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. Do you deny the exsistence of WWI? What about the civil war? Have you seen evidence besides "artifacts" and "testimonials"?

Sorry if I'm getting personal, this is just a really tough issue that I feel strongly about. No hard feelings, just trying to educate:thumbsup:

Well, unless all of those films I saw in High School were faked, then yes I have seen the evidence. Also have older relatives who were there in Europe and the South Pacific. The photographic evidence of bodies being bulldozed in to pits and people waiting in line for the "showers" is there for the viewing. The Germans were very thorough in their documentation.

Ok, first, this guy is a racist scum bag who got offended one day because a black was reading the news on television, he's been deported from many countries, he associates with neo-nazis... But does he deserve to go jail??

On the one hand, we have a holocaust denier being sent to jail, on the other hand, the western world is fighting for their right to publish cartoons offensive to muslims... Am I the only one who sees a double standard?

While it seems it's ok to insult people who are not, for the most part, part of our everyday lives in Western Europe and North America (muslims), it's a mortal sin to offend Jews...

Maybe in the end that's exactly what people don't like about Americans/Europeans: blatant double standards.

Truth needs to laws to support it. Throughout history, only lies and liars have resorted to the courts to enforce adherence to dogma. As it was in Galileo's time, laws that forbid asking questions protect not the truth, but vested interests.
Nobody jails people who claim to have seen bigfoot. Nobody arrests people who think Elvis is still alive. Only in this one area is the mere asking of a question or the performance of a laboratory test grounds for imprisonment for a crime deemed so evil that even the truth is not allowable as a defense.

History is full of atrocities. And for all those atrocities save one, the victims themselves cry out for more examination, more study, more research. Only in this one area do the victims work so hard to punish anyone who wishes to take a closer look. We are all asked to buy the used car of Holocaust politics without being allowed to check out just what kind of engine is under that hood.

Like most Americans, I grew up believing the orthodox accounts of the history of WW2. But more than anything else, it is the manner in which historians, chemists, and researchers are punished for asking a question that has caused me to suspect some dark and terrible secret is being hidden from the general public, and in an age where we were all lied to about Iraq's mythical weapons of mass destruction, the idea that we can be lied to on such a grand and horrific scale has become mainstream.

I've been to the nazi death camp Dachau in germany, you cant tell me that shit is something to ignore and say it didnt happen.

Yet still i dont know if you can be jailed for voicing an opinion, even if its on a subject as delicate as the holocaust. I dont know, im not sure how anyone can have a 100% decision on this matter cause im sure conflicted on it.

No1s denying that ww2 happened or that LOTS of people died, I think people want to know what are they hiding from us... B4 this I wouldnt give a damn, but now I want to know what are they hiding..Its a good question i think...My grandpa fought battles in germany my great uncle died fighting in WWII, and i know people personally who was in a concentration camp, so I heard it all or at least until now...

yes i know what hearsay is. there was plenty of it during the nuremburg trials. how about some forensics? holocaust means genocide by fire. theres no factual evidence that the nazis burned alive 6,000,000 jews.

survivors that saw nazis killing people with guns, not burning sticks.

im not saing jews werent massacred. but there was no actual "holocaust".

Holocaust means a burnt sacrifice to god... It implies that the sacrificial lamb, as it were, is already dead. Therefore, it makes sense, since Jews were probably shot or gassed or whatever, and then their remains were burnt to eliminate evidence. Although it's not really a sacrificial thing, it's still a holocaust. But that's splitting hairs

Why are people always bitching about the Jews.Were there not any other people killed during the war??
If you check into it you will find the actual number is more like two million,average killing of a particular breed no more no less.
Jews are always feeling sorry for themselves.Now they just want to take over the world much like Hitler..
