Sticky, by the looks of the bud give them another five-six days, as for the taste, I'll be posting a drying/curing/aftercare thread soon in the indoor section. It can be resolved.

You should use clear water from two weeks before the harvest, and stop completely for the last three/four days, letting the plant sweat a bit. Also using/releasing remaining nutrients.

When you cut em down and hang em upsidedown, the stomata's (lil openings on the back of the leaves) will close down and the drying process will actually be slowed down for a bit.

Fluid circulation (+remaining nuts) will go on while drying, and after two and a half/three weeks about 70-75% of the water will have vaporised, hopefully dried evenly over the surface of the bud. The taste will be way better. Give it some time.
