Too hot?
I have two 125w lights I bought home depot, they say they are for growing plants, they are pretty hot however. I'm growing these in my closet, so far they are about 8 inches tall. They're in Miracle Grow vegetable mix potting soil, or something like that. Problem is, it gets to be about 80-86F in the daytime, at night it's around 75 I guess. I have a small fan circulating air in there, not sure if it's dropped the temps any tho. I think they are starting to die, but i'm not sure of what, I think I have been overwatering them for one, I water them about twice a day, once in the morning, and once when I get off work. In about half a week I go through a gallon of water. The lower leaves (only 3 tiers) are yellow, and it's starting to go towards the top too. Any advice, most obvious problem is the temperature I would think, but I'm sure other things need some work too. I can't open the closer or vent it in anyway that I can think of. As I'm needing to hide it from the family.
